ABOUT ME

I am a writer of fiction and non-fiction, a science communicator, an Artificial Intelligence engineer, a futurist, and a digital innovation professional. I write fiction and non-fiction books, and I’m also working with private and public organizations to reimagine business and democratic institutions in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. I view the arts, the humanities, the natural sciences and engineering not as discrete disciplines but as a continuum, a wonderful canvas continuously enriched by human creativity and imagination. In this website I would like to share with you my thoughts, books, plays, poems, music, and ideas about the future.

Publishers Weekly
"In Our Own Image"
With sweeping scope, Zarkadakis approaches [ in “In Our Own Image”] artificial intelligence from historical, evolutionary, and philosophical angles. He ultimately argues that the real risk of A.I. may not be that it will kill us, but that it could take away what makes us human.
Slate
"The Island Survival Guide"
Philosophical speculation plenty with mystery and abundant literary references are revealed in the narrative world created by George Zarkadakis in “The Island Survival Guide” (Ediciones B), a thriller which allows the author to establish a complete drama which unfolds with agility and freshness.
